The duplex was designed as part of a set of four duplexes next to each other on the same block for Dr. Ronald Zollo. Located one block off the busy corridor of Coral Way between the Downtown Miami and Coral Gables it was essential for these duplexes to be a cohesive part of the neighborhood by improving the pedestrian experience on the sidewalk and street. A variety of façade designs and layouts were used to create the architectural variety needed for the custom townhome price point desired by the client.
